Hulp operates a personal assistance and concierge platform that lets users assign daily, weekly, monthly, and one-time tasks across more than 15 categories via WhatsApp or its mobile app using voice notes. The platform pairs customers with dedicated personal assistants backed by AI-coordinated operations and is supported by a 50-member operations team. Services span government documentation, kitchen management, runner services, laundry, gardening, event bookings, restaurant reservations, and travel. The company was founded in April this year by Tarun Mathur (formerly co-founder and CBO at PolicyBazaar), Neha Kulwal, and Vishal Singh Khutel. Hulp is based in Gurugram and currently operates in Delhi, Gurugram, and Noida, with planned expansion to Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, and Chennai. The freshly raised seed capital will be deployed to scale AI workflows, hire senior leadership, and improve product and technology capabilities.
