Human Computer is an independent game studio focused on creating premium, narrative-driven 'Triple-I' indie games. The studio is building a portfolio of contained, focused titles for current-generation consoles, PC and mobile that combine high production value with experimental gameplay mechanics. Human Computer plans to integrate emerging technologies and new development tools to enable novel storytelling and streamlined, smaller-team production processes. Founders Alex Schleifer and Eliot Garcia Weisberg, who previously worked together at Airbnb, lead the company’s creative and gameplay efforts. The studio aims to develop entirely new IP that may extend into other entertainment mediums while keeping the core focus on games. Financially, Human Computer recently raised a $5.7M seed round led by Makers Fund, bringing total funding to $7.7M.
