HumanFirst provides a low-code data productivity suite that helps enterprise teams collaborate and launch AI products and experiences. Its technology turns unstructured conversational data into actionable business insights to help businesses better serve customers. Led by CEO Gregory Whiteside, the company counts clients including Canada’s last-mile delivery company, Intelcom. In July 2023 HumanFirst raised CAD$5M in seed funding led by Panache Ventures with participation from Inovia, Real Ventures, BoxOne Ventures and a group of angel investors including Kevin Mahaffey. The company intends to use the funds to double its workforce and triple its customer base by 2024.
