Humani is a Danish startup building a personal development platform that combines psychometrics, behavioural science and an AI engine to assess strengths, interests and motivations. The company is developing a B2B product aimed at technology scale-up teams and says users retain ownership of their personal data. Humani was founded by Anders Mayntzhusen, Mik Strøyberg and Christian Sejersen and is currently in alpha as it builds out data models. The team says it trains the AI on real data and people to create highly individualised guidance for career and personal development. The company expects a beta release in Q3–Q4 and an MVP in early 2024. Humani has secured $2.2 million in pre-seed funding from Dreamcraft Ventures and angel investors to support development.
