Humley builds conversational assistants that can man helpdesks and answer technical and HR enquiries. Its assistants help customers or employees find information, search databases, locate research papers and field HR queries. The technology incorporates multiple AI technologies and integrates with other AI solutions, including robotic process automation used by large firms. The technology is now in use by a number of large corporates. Founded in 2017 as a spin‑out from mobile payments provider Infomedia and led by CEO Adam Harrold, the company is based in Northampton, UK. Humley has raised a total of £1.4m and intends to use the newly raised funds to scale operations and grow customer base and revenue ahead of a planned Series A next year.
