Hung Thinh Land Joint Stock Company is a Vietnamese real-estate developer that builds affordable housing and resort projects. The company has developed more than 30,000 products, served over 100,000 customers, and currently owns and develops 36 projects. Completed developments include Lavita Charm, District 7 Boulevard, Saigon Mia, and Moonlight Residences; resort projects include Cam Ranh Mystery Villas and MerryLand Quy Nhon. In January 2022 Hung Thinh and its ecosystem launched an "Affordable Housing" initiative with Dong Tam Group and Truong Thanh Furniture Corporation to deliver quality, reasonably priced housing for workers and low-income buyers. In June 2022 the company received a USD 103 million equity investment from Dragon Capital and VinaCapital to support strategic directions and promote its affordable housing product line. The transaction was approved by competent state management agencies under Vietnam's Law on Foreign Investment and marked Hung Thinh Land's first entry into the international capital market, supporting its plans for sustainable growth and a planned IPO and listing on HOSE in 2023.
