Husk
Place Eugène Flagey 18, Brussels, Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest, 1050, Belgium
Overview
Founded in 2023 by Christophe Sion and Georgy Taranov, Husk offers an integrated platform that links all of a startup’s bank accounts and issues both physical and virtual corporate cards with meaningful credit limits. Its dynamic risk model—developed with support from VLAIO—enables Husk to serve very early-stage companies that lack extensive financial histories, while real-time analytics provide founders with instant visibility into spending and overall financial health. Revenue comes from interchange fees on card transactions as well as SaaS subscriptions layered on top of a free basic licence. Since launching in February 2025, 16 companies have adopted the product; management targets 100 customers by late 2025 and 1,000 by the end of 2027. Strategic partnerships with Stripe (card-issuing licences in Europe, the UK and the US) and Mastercard underpin Husk’s payment infrastructure and pave the way for international expansion. While initially focused on tech startups that have already raised capital, the company intends to move into the mid-market and e-commerce segments over time.
