Hydrogen Refueling Solutions (HRS) is recognised as a leading European producer of hydrogen refueling stations for mobility applications. The company’s core offering is the design and manufacture of turnkey hydrogen refueling infrastructure. Management plans to accelerate international deployment of its stations, targeting new markets in the Middle East and North America. Newly raised funds will also back R&D projects, including the integration of artificial-intelligence–driven predictive maintenance and the development of hydrogen back-up power solutions for data centres. Founder and CEO Hassen Rachedi emphasised that the capital injection strengthens the firm’s financial resources and bolsters its technological edge. Despite the issuance of new shares, Rachedi retains majority control with 63 % of the equity. The transaction further secures HRS’s long-term industrial and commercial growth trajectory focused on reliable and competitive hydrogen mobility solutions.
