Hydrovest Technology
Al Aqabah, Jordan
Overview
Hydrovest Technology operates hydroponic farms that supply ingredients for value-added products such as its flagship Lettuce Chips and upcoming freeze-dried fruits and lettuce-based teas. The company’s cultivation process relies on data-driven automation and a strategic technology collaboration with DENSO, enabling precision farming and the ability to grow high-value crops like Japanese melons in Qatar’s harsh climate. Beyond internal production, Hydrovest plans to commercialize AI-enabled hydroponic kits for do-it-yourself and managed farming customers. Recently, the firm secured new capital to complete a factory fit-out in Birkat Al Awamar, scale manufacturing, and support R&D for its expanding product portfolio. It also gained approval for inclusion in the Qatar Development Bank Exporter Directory, positioning it for cross-border trade. Looking ahead, Hydrovest is targeting entry into the UAE market, with a Dubai launch slated for Q4 2026. The fresh funding provides the runway to transition from pilot projects to repeatable, commercial operations and to regionalize its brand.
