Hyperbound

San Francisco, CA, United States

Overview

Hyperbound builds an AI platform that listens to real sales calls, delivers real-time feedback, and generates role-play simulations so sales representatives can practice complex product pitches in a low-risk environment. The software continually adapts to new products, market dynamics, and customer objections, creating what the founders call higher “win rates” for customers with large, often global sales forces. Beyond coaching reps, Hyperbound issues badges and credentials to verify mastery, positioning itself as both a training tool and an assessment layer. With more than $18 million in capital raised to date, the company is already revenue-generating through enterprise contracts targeting mid-market and large companies that employ hundreds or thousands of sellers. Founders Sriharsha Guduguntla and Atul Raghunathan originally built the tool internally, pivoting to commercialize it after prospective customers expressed greater interest in the training solution than their previous product. Looking ahead, the team plans to expand into “proactive enablement,” where the AI autonomously discovers skill gaps and deploys training, and ultimately become an “operating system for sales leadership” that ingests data from the entire go-to-market funnel. They also envision multiplying the effectiveness of sales managers by pushing best practices from top performers across an organization and even across industries. The company believes its approach could eventually extend beyond sales to other professional training settings, including education.
