Led by CEO Jake Hawksworth and based in Provo, Utah, the company raised a $6.5M Seed round at a $51.5M post-money valuation. The funds will be used to accelerate growth, expand the team, advance EV battery research and development, and support capital expenditures for scaled manufacturing.
