Hypery is a music platform that uses NFTs built on the Concordium blockchain to let artists sell limited, tokenized releases and earn extra revenue. The service lets artists publish conventional releases (for example on Spotify) while offering a single, interview or backstage experience as an NFT through Hypery. The team emphasizes a smooth, user-friendly crypto onboarding and plans to rely on artists' social media to direct potential buyers to the platform. Founders and operators include experienced music executives such as Jakob Deichmann, former director of Warner Music Denmark. Financier Lars Seier Christensen has invested about 15 million DKK in start capital and said he may invest more if the project succeeds. Concordium Blockchain, founded by Seier, is a fundamental technology partner and Hypery shares its vision of a legitimate, secure ecosystem that gives rights holders control and a fair share. Artist Ida Corr is lined up to release an NFT on Hypery; her song "Whats The Prob Dog?" has been streamed more than 2.5 billion times.
