iAngels is an angel-investing equity crowdfunding platform that enables accredited investors worldwide to co-invest in startups alongside Israel-based angels. The platform offers access to deals backed by Israel’s top early-stage investors under the terms those angels negotiated. Led by founding partners Mor Assia and Shelly Hod Moyal, iAngels aggregates investor demand and syndicates investments through its service. In 2014 the platform connected its investor community to 15 Israeli companies, including TravelersBox, Hello Doctor, Webyclip, Nanorep, Drippler and Biscience. Financially, iAngels completed a $2.25M seed raise via its own platform, split between $1.25M from Israeli angels and $1M from its global community within two days.
