Icebrg.io is using the funds from the seed financing to continue to develop the platform. On April 12, 2014, it raised $2.5m in seed financing led by Madrona Venture Group. Formation 8 and other individual and institutional investors also participated in the round. As part of the financing, David Rosenthal, Principal at Madrona Venture Group, joined Icebrg.io’s board.
