Ideas4all operates an online idea-sharing platform that lets users submit problems and propose solutions; it also sells a white-label version to businesses and organizations to drive employee innovation. The company runs a consumer-facing site and has installed its platform for nine corporate clients across finance, energy, telecommunications, computing and education. Ideas4all reports more than 50,000 user-submitted ideas, over 3,000 raised problems and close to 2,700 proposed solutions. In the first half of 2010 it signed contracts worth €418,000, putting the company six months ahead of its business plan. A Banco Sabadell deployment launched in early 2010 has received close to 3,000 ideas and about 70% employee participation. These metrics support continued commercial traction in both consumer and enterprise channels.
