Identifai-Genetics is a Tel Aviv-based digital bioinformatics company developing AI-driven non-invasive fetal DNA sequencing solutions. The company offers early, risk-free detection of fetal genetic disorders using a maternal blood test. It was co-founded in 2021 by Shizim Innovation Center and is led by chairman Yossi Bornstein, CSO Prof. Noam Shomron, CTO Dr. Tom Rabinowitz and CEO Dr. Amir Beker. Identifai recently engaged HcFocus, founded by Dr. Susan Gross, who will serve as Chief Strategic Advisor; Dr. Gross has extensive experience in non-invasive prenatal screening and was formerly CMO of Natera. The company intends to use the new funding to expand operations and R&D efforts. To date, Identifai has raised over $6M in equity investments and R&D grants.
