Identify Travel is a Catalan startup that develops technological solutions for the tourism sector, commercializing Identify DTX (custom digital destination guides for hotels) and CultureQuiz (geolocation-based gamified routes). Identify DTX provides tailored digital guides that help hotel reception and guest-experience teams promote routes, gastronomy and cultural activities to boost guest loyalty. CultureQuiz is a gamified routing system designed to help administrations understand and manage tourism flows and to incentivize visits to less crowded sites. The team also launched the app Identify Viajes y Rutas, which has accumulated more than 50,000 downloads worldwide. The company will use the new capital to accelerate its commercial and technological development and to expand further in Spain (its main market) and into Portugal, the UK and Morocco, where it already has initiated contacts. Identify Travel is led by cofounders Elena and Noelia Losantos (CEO and CMO) and the investment arrives as the startup reaches its third year in the travel sector.
