Founded in 2017 and headquartered in Vienna, iDWELL offers software and integrations aimed at digitizing professional property management across the German-speaking region. Its product portfolio includes iDWELL Finance—an automated invoice management solution for which it secured exclusive rights to domonda's finance software in December 2025—and an in-house AI called Greta-AI that automates administrative, documentation and invoicing workflows. The company emphasizes an ecosystem of ERP integrations to support property managers and reports that around 100 real estate companies were using iDWELL Finance by the end of 2025. iDWELL raised roughly €10 million in a November 2024 equity round led by Knight Capital with participation from Flashpoint Venture and Wecken & Cie, and has since seen "significant" revenue growth according to management. Management describes the business as having a "solid long-term basis" but has not disclosed ARR or cash-flow status.
