Founded in 2020, Bengaluru-based iGoWise Mobility (iGo) develops rugged, intelligent electric trikes built on its proprietary TwiiGo lightEV platform. The company’s first model, the BeiGo electric pickup trike, features a patented anti-topple swivelling mechanism and on-demand self-balancing system that make it up to 5× more cost-effective, 3× more energy-efficient, and 2× more compact than comparable global offerings. iGo has accumulated more than 100,000 km of real-world customer usage data across varied terrains, informing product refinements and reliability. Over the next 12–18 months, the startup plans to deploy its first 1,500 trikes in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, and Panjim through fleet partners such as Hala Mobility and Elektric Express. The fresh capital will enable tooling automation to lower production costs, expansion of customer experience and after-sales channels, continued R&D for new variants, and strengthened working capital to service its current order book. Riders upgrading to an iGo trike can reportedly increase their monthly income by up to Rs 7,500, underscoring the vehicle’s economic appeal.
