Iktos
65 rue de Prony, Paris, Ile-de-France, 75017, France
Overview
Iktos develops proprietary AI solutions—including the Makya SaaS platform and Spaya retrosynthesis software—targeted at medicinal chemistry and new small-molecule drug design. Its generative learning models design optimized molecules in silico to meet discovery project success criteria, and the company offers its technology both as professional services and via SaaS. Iktos says its platform has been validated through more than 50 collaborations with pharma and biotech partners such as Chiesi Group, Galapagos, Janssen, Merck, Teijin, Ono Pharmaceuticals, Pfizer, Servier and UCB. Led by President Yann Gaston-Mathé, the company plans to use new funds to expand its AI technology platform, launch Iktos Robotics (an AI-driven automated end-to-end drug discovery service) and extend its solutions to biological products including peptides and antibodies. Financially, Iktos completed a €15.5M Series A to support these initiatives.
