Ikue is a marketing-technology company that builds a Customer Data Platform (CDP) specifically for telecom operators to enable mass personalization for marketing. Its CDP stitches customer data together with super-low-latency events in a single location to execute personalized marketing, sales, and service messages at the right time and channel. The cloud platform provides data science and machine learning capabilities for quick building and deployment of analytics, comes pre-configured with interfaces to widely used data and marketing activation apps, and can resolve cross-domain identification. Ikue aims to target midsize telecom operators worldwide and differentiates itself from corporate CRM and generalist CDPs by focusing on telecom-specific challenges. After raising £2.25M in a November 2022 seed round from private investors, the company plans to accelerate its prototype into a revenue-generating minimum viable product, recruit new staff, and expand international sales and marketing. The product was designed by a team of senior telecom technologists and marketers, led by co-founders Bronwynne and Stuart Stoddart, who have over 25 years' combined industry experience.
