Immfly provides an in-flight sales and communication platform built around four open Wi-Fi points that gives passengers access to entertainment and e-commerce services during flights. The platform delivers content in English, Spanish and German through agreements with more than 50 media companies, including the BBC, Bloomberg News and the Financial Times. Immfly partners with Iberia Express to install the platform across that carrier’s entire fleet. According to the company, the service has been used by over 200,000 passengers on more than 11,500 Iberia Express flights. Co-founded by Pablo Linz and Jimmy M. Von Korff, the company is based in Barcelona, Spain. It closed a €2.4M funding round and intends to use the proceeds to expand operations in Europe.
