Overview
Immuno Cure is a clinical-stage biotech group based in the Hong Kong Science Park that develops DNA vaccines and antibody immunotherapies. Its core platforms are a patented PD-1-enhanced DNA Vaccine Platform and an Anti-Δ42PD1 Antibody Platform. The company has two DNA vaccine candidates in clinical trials: ICVAX (therapeutic HIV vaccine, Phase I in Shenzhen, randomized double-blind placebo-controlled, 45 volunteers) and ICCOV (preventive COVID-19 vaccine, Phase IIa in Hong Kong, open-label booster study of 60 adults). The Anti-Δ42PD1 Antibody platform targets a recently discovered Δ42PD1 isoform to restore killer T cell function for cancer treatment, including liver and colorectal cancers. Immuno Cure intends to use new financing to accelerate development of its DNA vaccines and antibodies and to prepare for an initial public offering in Hong Kong.
