ImmunoGenesis is a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing IMGS-001, a dual-specific PD-L1/PD-L2 antibody engineered with cytotoxic effector function to target immune-excluded tumors. IMGS-001 is designed to block PD-L1 and PD-L2 and kill immunosuppressive cells in the tumor microenvironment, potentially overcoming resistance to existing immunotherapies. Preclinical data reportedly showed substantially higher response rates versus currently available immunotherapies.
