Interview Mocha (rebranding as imocha) offers a SaaS digital skills assessment platform that helps organizations assess, hire, and upskill candidates and employees. The product includes a library of more than 2,000 skills and enables recruiters and hiring managers to screen candidates and identify skill proficiency. Its platform is used by IT services companies and by firms in financial services, engineering, insurance and healthcare with sizeable IT teams. The company says the solution saves recruiters countless hours and accelerates the hiring cycle. Interview Mocha was founded by former IBM executives Amit Mishra and Sujit Karpe and has remained bootstrapped since its 2015 founding. It reports revenues of more than $2 million in annual recurring revenue.
