Implisit offers a self-learning platform that mines CRM, email, calendar and contact data to surface tailored follow-up steps, recommended approaches and other sales intelligence. When a new customer joins, the service analyzes historical communications and CRM records to determine that customer’s specific sales patterns and create bespoke insights. The engine adapts over time to a customer’s business processes, updating its intelligence as users go about their daily work. Implisit applies text clustering, machine-learning techniques, natural language processing and classification algorithms to analyze unstructured deal text and reasons for deal success. The product also keeps CRM interaction data automatically updated to reduce manual entry and improve sales efficiency and forecasting. The company was founded by Gilad Raichshtain and Elad Donsky, technologists noted in Israel tech circles and with government experience. Financially, Implisit has raised $3.3 million from Gemini Israel Ventures.
