IMSystems is commercializing the Archimedes Drive, a revolutionary transmission designed for high-precision robots. The technology has been demonstrated to work but requires endurance testing to meet industrial standards. The company plans to optimize the product and carry out long-term durability tests in collaboration with large robotics manufacturers. IMSystems originated from Delft University of Technology, incubated at YES!Delft and is now based in RoboValley. Jack Schorsch, the inventor, serves as CEO. The firm previously received €300,000 from the UNIIQ proof-of-concept fund and has just secured additional investment to advance development and market entry.
