Inaara NeoFoods develops a farm-to-formulation platform to produce functional plant-protein ingredients for food manufacturers. Its approach combines contract farming with AI-driven computational nutrition to inform ingredient design, alongside precision processing and application development to create finished formulations. The company announced a US$2.4 million seed raise to scale these integrated capabilities. The founding team includes Pankaj Khandelwal, Purnima Khandelwal, Ved Agarwal and Ashwin A Raghuwanshi. Inaara positions itself within India’s agricultural and food-innovation ecosystem and intends to expand its ingredient portfolio and manufacturing-readiness with the new funding.
