Overview

Incard is a London-based financial platform built to replace the patchwork of traditional business banking tools used by fast-growing digital companies. Launched in 2024 by entrepreneurs Theo Cesarini, Soraya Tribouillois, Liam Seskis, and Matteo Martino, the product combines business banking, corporate cards, and connected bank accounts in a single interface. Users can extend functionality through the Incard App Store, adding modules for invoicing, spend management, treasury, working capital, and other industry-specific workflows. The platform provides real-time cash-flow visibility, spend insights, and automation features to help companies manage multi-entity structures, high advertising spend, and foreign-exchange exposure. Adoption has come primarily from high-growth digital firms across the UK and Europe. Looking ahead, Incard intends to enter additional European markets and the United States, while enhancing AI-driven financial workflows and expanding its engineering, compliance, and product teams. The company plans to deepen automation capabilities and widen its app ecosystem to support customers at various stages of growth.
