Incites (incites.com) is a SaaS insights-driven marketing collaboration platform borne out of Newsroom.ly that provides a live feed of automated, natural-language insights for marketers and publishers. The platform connects to sources like Google Analytics, uses data science and AI to detect patterns, and posts findings to a live feed to avoid dashboards, complicated back-end integration and additional page-tagging. It is engineered to stand alone or integrate with workplace tools such as Slack and Atlassian’s Stride to enable teams to see, discuss and act on insights. Since the Newsroom.ly launch in June 2017, brands including Medibank, The Guardian, Village Roadshow and The University of Sydney have come on board. The company was founded by Leon Bombotas and has recently appointed John Georgopoulos as CEO. Incites plans to expand beyond content publishing to provide business intelligence across campaign, competitor, channel and sales data. The platform is available immediately and the company offers a beta trial to marketers and publishers.
