The company aims to reduce manual data entry, paperwork-driven delays at ports, and the need to outsource documentation to expensive freight forwarders. Incodocs reports serving more than 4,000 companies across 120 countries and facilitating hundreds of millions of dollars of trade via its platform. The founding team draws on direct export and supply-chain experience and includes CEO Brandon Boor, co-founder Ben Thompson and CTO David Hooper. The company has been built entirely in Queensland, grew customers organically via the internet, and is hiring to support further growth and onboarding.
