The company said recent DHS and FBI reports have driven a spike in new business, increasing urgency among industrial organizations to shore up defenses. Indegy closed an $18 million Series B to accelerate growth and expand global go‑to‑market initiatives for its industrial cyber security portfolio. As part of its growth push, Indegy has appointed Joe Scotto as Chief Marketing Officer and Todd Warwick as Vice President of Sales, Americas. The company will use the financing to scale up and capitalize on the market opportunity in critical infrastructure security. Indegy offers a purpose-built platform that provides real-time situational awareness, visibility and security for Industrial Control Systems (ICS) across energy, water utilities, petrochemical, pharmaceutical and manufacturing sectors. The platform monitors control-layer activity, focuses on proprietary control protocols, and detects configuration changes in real time to help prevent operational disruptions and physical damage. Indegy’s technology is designed specifically for ICS networks rather than retrofitted IT security tools. The company has real-world customer deployments and has been recognized by Network World, Forbes Israel and TiE50. Indegy announced plans to use new funding to scale sales and marketing in North America, Europe and Asia and to expand R&D in Israel. Leadership emphasizes using the capital to meet accelerating customer demand in a rapidly growing market.
