Indicative

154 W 14th St Fl 2, New York City, New York, 10011, United States

Overview

Indicative builds a hosted analytics platform that combines a proprietary low-cost data store with easy-to-use visualization tools for web and mobile companies. Its goal is to let nontechnical users query and interpret customer and product data without learning SQL. The product surfaces acquisition sources, customer value signals (time on site, repeat behavior), and near-real-time event flows from acquisition to departure to inform sales and product decisions. After nine months in a secret beta and a public launch in September, the company raised $2 million in financing. Co-founders Jeremy Levy and Andrew Weinreich are serial entrepreneurs who previously worked together at MeetMoi and Xtify; IBM acquired Xtify in 2013. Indicative emphasizes a schema-driven approach to recording events cheaply as the core technical differentiator.
