Infantium builds a cognitive-development platform aimed at children aged 0 to 6, designed to stimulate acquisition of skills in logic, symbolic thinking and languages at each child’s pace. Its platform reinforces parent interaction and supports learning in early-education centers. The company has an agreement with Microsoft to promote its educational applications within Windows 8 and was the only Spanish startup among apps in the Windows Store. Infantium received support from the Ayuntamiento de Lleida, the Fundación Antoni Cambrodí and the departments of developmental and educational psychology at the UAB. The company was one of the winners of SeedRocket Barcelona. Infantium closed a first financing round of €100,000.
