Overview
Infinite Reality (iR) builds extended-reality (XR), AI, and spatial-computing products and infrastructure to power immersive digital media and e-commerce. Its flagship offerings include the proprietary iR Engine and iR Studio, a no-code immersive SaaS product launched in public beta that enables brands and creators to publish 3D websites and immersive experiences. iR emphasizes AI assistance and enhanced data capabilities to improve e-commerce conversion and give customers ownership of their data and experiences. The company has pursued aggressive inorganic growth, completing acquisitions such as Landvault (acquired for $450M), Drone Racing League ($250M), and a $75M package of Ethereal Engine, Action Face, and Stakes to broaden gaming, computer vision, and spatial-web capabilities. iR has partnered with Google Cloud, expanded in MENA through public- and private-sector deals, and worked with partners like Warner Bros. Discovery Sports and Pairpoint. Founded in 2019, iR is also executing a Florida-based infrastructure plan including a public-private partnership with Fort Lauderdale to build a global headquarters and innovation complex. Infinite Reality builds tools and infrastructure that enable the creation, local domain hosting, measurement, and monetization of immersive 3-D experiences, spatial computing, and AI-based capabilities for brands. Its suite supports high-fidelity virtual worlds and the company says it has built over 1.2 million square feet of virtual experiences for clients such as Mastercard, Standard Chartered, and Hershey. iR is pursuing growth through acquisitions and integrations—year-to-date transactions total $800 million, including The Drone Racing League, Ethereal Engine, Action Face, and Stakes. The company recently acquired Landvault in an all-stock transaction and is integrating Landvault’s creative teams, hosting tools, and monetization SDK to expand product capabilities. Landvault’s Middle East presence and projects with regional governments and tourism boards broaden iR’s global footprint. iR is pursuing a U.S. go-public strategy and plans additional capital markets initiatives in Europe and the Middle East, using new proceeds to execute its global go-to-market strategy.
