InfinitySwap is developing a next‑gen AMM on the Internet Computer (Dfinity) intended to create, stake, and swap tokens and to bring native Bitcoin staking to users. The protocol leverages Dfinity’s Chain‑Key technology to enable smart contracts to take control of BTC keys so users can stake BTC directly from their wallets. The team intends to be among the first AMMs launched on the Internet Computer and highlights technological differentiation from EVM chains. Founders Max Chamberlin (CEO) and Alessandro Rietmann (CTO) have backgrounds from Oxford and Cambridge and about four years of blockchain development experience. The project is backed by top venture firms and has a team of around 20 people building the product. It positions itself as a decentralizing alternative to solutions that require third‑party custody, such as RenVM.
