ingage is an investor relations company that provides a confidential direct feedback system for corporate meetings. It extended this system to non-ingage clients, enabling quantitative feedback to be captured in real time on all meeting activity arranged via ingage. The engineering team expanded record keeping and reporting, rolling out automated, real-time, granular reports and offering bespoke reports developed to individual client requests. The company shipped a product update that broadens platform functionality and makes reporting available at the touch of a button. Proceeds from the latest equity offer will be used to continue R&D spending to extend ingage’s technology lead and deliver bespoke engineering to client requirements. ingage has raised £1.1m in its third equity round, bringing total equity capital raised to date to £3.0m.
