InnAccel is a Bengaluru-based medtech company that develops and commercialises life-saving medical devices addressing unmet clinical needs in emerging markets. Founded in 2012 as a medtech accelerator, it merged with two incubatees and Sattva MedTech in 2019 and began selling a suite of four products in September 2019. Its portfolio includes VapCare, a US FDA‑approved automated secretion-management and oral-hygiene device that reduces ventilator-associated pneumonia; SAANS, a portable neonatal CPAP; SAANS PRO, a non-invasive ventilator usable with a proprietary Helmet Interface; and Fetal Lite for mother and fetal monitoring after 36 weeks. The company plans to commercialise these products in India and other emerging markets and introduce them in developed markets such as the US and EU to obtain initial validation and traction. InnAccel is also exploring out-licensing or partnership opportunities with large medtech companies to scale distribution and adoption. The firm recently completed a funding round to support these commercialisation efforts.
