innRoad is a SaaS cloud solution that integrates property management, bookings, global distribution, reservations, payments and marketing for independent hotels. The platform is designed for independent hoteliers, hotel chains and hotel management companies and runs as an all-in-one, easy-to-use system. Since its launch in 2008, innRoad has been selected by more than 350 independent hotel properties across the Americas and Europe, with customers ranging from 15-room inns to hotels with more than 300 rooms. The company reports it has increased ROI for clients in over 10 countries. Proceeds from the recent financing will fund development improvements to the current platform, new applications (including revenue management), sales and marketing, and working capital for U.S. and international expansion. innRoad is positioning to accelerate product development and expand into new markets.
