Inovytec develops and commercializes solutions for out-of-hospital medical emergencies. Founded in 2011 by Dror Matalon and Udi Kantor, the company is based in Hod-Hasharon, Israel. Its product portfolio includes Sali, an Automated Oxy-Defibrillator that combines oxygen therapy, airway management, defibrillation and real-time telemonitoring; Lubo, for airway and immobilization management; and Ventway, an ultralight, compact ventilator for acute respiratory emergencies. The company's leadership team includes Ralph Sassun (CFO), Mark Shahar (CTO) and Nir Barkai (CSO). In January 2017 Inovytec received a $3m strategic investment from Hong Kong-based Vincent Medical Holdings.
