Invictus Energy is a newly formed independent oil and gas company headquartered in Houston, Texas. The company will pursue leasehold and drill opportunities with scalable development upside across select North American basins, with an initial focus on the Eagle Ford and the Permian Basin. Management is led by Kevin Green (President & CEO), Elliott Hough (COO), Robert Estrada (CFO) and Jon Moreland (VP of Land). Members of management previously held senior leadership roles at Rosetta Resources and ConocoPhillips. The company announced a $150 million equity commitment to capitalize its planned activities. Invictus intends to partner with technically focused equity providers to pursue lease and development opportunities.
