Isabl develops a clinically actionable whole-genome and transcriptome test (cWGTS) that integrates germline, tumor genome and transcriptome data to produce clinician-friendly reports within a day. The platform summarizes large genomic datasets to identify clinically relevant findings beyond standard gene panels, and Isabl owns the end-to-end process from sampling to report. Its technology has been granted FDA breakthrough designation and the team published a key paper in Nature Communications validating the approach in pediatric and young-adult cancers. The company says full clinical approval is likely 3–5 years away and is partnering with cancer centers to run studies and gather clinician feedback. Isabl raised a seed round to execute its roadmap, build necessary evidence and pursue regulatory approvals.
