iSchool is an Egyptian ed-tech startup that offers live, gamified coding classes to students in grades 6–18. Its curriculum covers AI, VR, app, game, and web development and is delivered through a gamified online classroom app and technical training and computer science labs. Founded in 2018, iSchool works with 35 schools and has managed national-level initiatives in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates. Operating metrics include over 26,000 live learners, more than one million training hours delivered, and over 10 million lines of code written by students. The company plans international expansion into six additional MENA countries, to strengthen its presence in Ireland, and to scale into Sub-Saharan Africa. It also intends to hire more staff in Dublin and invest in technological scaling for its platform to support global growth.
