Isis Parenting provides prenatal and early parenting education and support, offering over 40 courses on topics such as breastfeeding, sleep support, childbirth education and new parent groups led by lactation specialists, nurses and other experts. The company operates four Boston-area parenting centers, sells educationally-aligned baby products (baby gear, car seats, strollers, breast pumps, nursing bras and more) and offers an in-store and online baby registry. Since its founding ten years ago it has helped more than 50,000 families and serves as the outsourced childbirth-education provider for six Boston hospitals, including Brigham & Women’s, Beth Israel Deaconess, Massachusetts General Hospital, Tufts Medical Center, South Shore Hospital and North Shore Medical Center. Isis Parenting is expanding into the Dallas and Atlanta markets and has secured an exclusive partnership with Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas, which handles roughly 5,500 births per year. The company is also growing its IsisWorks employee-benefit program and expanding digital offerings, including two weekly interactive webinars on breastfeeding and sleep and an Online Expert Speaker Series.
