The Mansion House, Chesterford Research Park, Little Chesterford, Cambridgeshire, CB10 1XL, United Kingdom

Overview

Founded in 2000, Isogenica focuses on the discovery and optimization of therapeutic and diagnostic peptides, proteins and antibodies. The company holds an exclusive license to an in-vitro display technology that enables the creation of large polypeptide and antibody libraries from which high-affinity lead molecules can be selected. Led by CEO Kevin Mathews, Isogenica is collaborating with Aston University to advance a gene library assembly technology invented by Dr Anna Hine. This technology aims to increase the diversity and quality of libraries available for drug and diagnostic development. The recent funding will accelerate the joint project and bolster the company’s core platform. No revenue, user, or other operating metrics were disclosed in the article, but the company continues to leverage external funding to broaden its pipeline.
