ITabMed is a clinical-stage biotech founded in 2020 and based in Lin Gang Sci-Tech City, Shanghai. The company was spun off from Generon BioMed Ltd (now Evive Biotech) and formed as a joint venture between Evive and Dr. Xiaoqiang Yan to focus on the iTAb™ platform. The patented iTAb™ platform has been optimized over the last 10 years to improve clinical safety windows and address manufacturing challenges, enabling generation of bi- and tri-specific T cell engagers. Two lead programs, A-319 and A-337, are in Phase I clinical development and multiple additional iTAb candidates are at various preclinical stages. ITabMed plans to continue development of iTAb-derived products and translate the platform's claimed safety advantages into human therapies. The company recently completed a Series A financing to support its clinical and preclinical pipeline.
