Itera develops real-time hardware prototyping capabilities using fluid circuit technology that employs liquid metal substrates enabling rapid modification and full circuit visibility. It operates under an Electronics-as-a-Service model where customers send designs that are assembled with the customer’s actual components at U.S.-based testing centers. The company says modifications to its fluid substrates can be made in under 60 seconds. Itera’s initial production capacity has been reserved by global automotive OEMs and defense neoprimes. The company is led by CEO AJ Cooper and recently closed a $12M Seed round.
