ITM Financial is a Woburn, MA-based forex signal startup and a subsidiary of the Internet Time Machine project. The company uses a large set of algorithms to scan the internet for emerging trends, ideas, or products with growing mentions and applies that to forex trading to predict movements. It is led by CEO Curt Dalton and CTO Ali Khan. ITM Financial raised $1M in venture capital and angel funding. Proceeds are intended to expand product lines into US-based stocks and commodities. The company’s US stock market software was scheduled for release in February 2013; backers were not disclosed.
