iValue InfoSolutions, founded in 2008 by former Wipro employees, provides enterprise-focused IT and cybersecurity solutions. The company offers over 75 product offerings, including vulnerability assessment, network penetration testing, compliance audits and business continuity services. It serves about 6,000 customers and works with roughly 700 partners. iValue reported net sales of Rs 525.80 crore for the year ended March 2018 and revenue of Rs 711.69 crore for 2018–19. Management says the company will use new capital to meet growth objectives by partnering with large technology-focused vendors and to pursue inorganic growth through acquisitions. Creador has described iValue as an established player in the cybersecurity and solutions segment.
