ivWatch is a Hampton, Va.-based medical device manufacturer focused on improving the safety and effectiveness of IV therapy. Its core product, the ivWatch Model 400, is an FDA-cleared device that continuously monitors peripheral IVs for early detection of infiltration and extravasation events. The device aids clinicians by continuously assessing whether drugs are actually being delivered to the vein without leakage.
